A great year has passed; another great year awaits us around the corner. This has been a year of extraordinary growth for Med inStyle. We have met amazing people and established new partnerships around the globe. It’s time to sum up and establish new purposes. What better way to do that than relive one of our best 2014 moment: Nicola and Valentina White Wedding in Capri.
Nicola and Valentina chose an exclusive event in line with their guiding life principles, a healthy lifestyle based on Mediterranean diet, but didn’t want to give up on glamour. So they decided to have a romantic and impressive set as only Capri island could be, but also a healthy menu based on local genuine products.
“I became a nutritionist because I have always lived a healthy life. What I advise to my patients is what I put into practice every day with great passion, first thanks to my beloved wife Valentina. I have taken control of my family business in the manufacture of food supplements for about five years, with great success” said us Nicola.
The first time we met, the lovely couple told us
“Our love dream was to create a family so we early decided to get married and christen our beloved daughter DilettaStella on the same day. We chose to carry out our event only with our loved ones and what better location of Capri with its intimacy and exclusivity… it’s gonna be unforgettable!”
From the very beginning, Valentina stated that the main colour would have been white: as floral arrangement, she chose hydrangea and gypsophila… surrounded by hundreds of candles. The atmosphere was magical and charming: soft light illuminated the banquet as it was an Impressionist painting.
They opted for the cute church of S. Andrea in Marina Piccola: few decorations, lots of flower petals. As Valentina walked down the aisle to the traditional Wagner march, we all cried! How couldn’t we if the harper player and the singer came directly from San Carlo Opera House?
The Wedding reception was hosted in a classy Hotel in Capri, where everybody were left speechless. Months of planning have come to life in an enchanting mise en place: the choice of table linen and dishes was treated in detail directly by the groom and the bride. The entertainment they chose was typical Italian: solo soft-toned mandolin.
At the end of the night, they didn’t find enough words to thank us.
“We are very grateful. Everything was perfect, everything was how we had imagined it. We wanted a fairytale and we got it!”
